We wish for your interaction to be a pleasant one and we welcome all kinds of feedback, even if things don't go to plan. Where possible, we will always attempt to clear up any unfavourable circumstance so please reach out if you have any questions.

On Reducing Our Footprint... We aim to reduce, re-use, re-cycle at every opportunity. Orders are carefully wrapped with hex-wrap paper constructed from recycled paper (an excellent alternative to plastic bubble wrap) and posted in compostable postage satchels. For delicate orders needing additional reinforced packaging, we choose to re-use supermarket food cartons. All care will be taken to wrap your items with recycled padding and materials. With that said, don't be surprised if your order arrives in a box labelled with "organic vegan protein powder".

Ceramic pieces are usually wrapped in a layer of bubble wrap for extra padding and we take great pleasure in the fact that we have never purchased new bubble wrap. It is all donated from our friends in the wider community, cleaned and re-used to cushion your delicate wares.

For hygiene purposes and quality control, we do not accept returns on tea. All tea packets are sealed with tamper evident seals so you are guaranteed freshness every time. If you are unsatisfied with our tea for any reason, we suggest to donate it to a friend who loves tea and we'd encourage your feedback. Our tea is blended in small batches and regularly tested to ensure optimum quality. To maximise shelf life, please store in an airtight container in a cool dark place away from direct sunlight.

If you are unsatisfied with the product for any reason, contact us immediately upon receiving. We value all feedback however, cases will not be considered after seven days from delivery.

We respect the importance of privacy. Any personal information you provide will be used solely for the purposes of shipping products to you or gaining a better understanding of how we may improve our service to you. We may occasionally reach out to our contacts list via email to let you know about any special offers or new products. If you no longer wish to receive emails from us, simply tick the unsubscribe box.
